This is a Public Beta of the Xbox Game Pass app that provides and early peek at new capabilities. Use the feedback button in the app or shake your phone to let us know what you think.

XBOX GAME PASS BETA AGREEMENT

The following terms supplement any software license terms that accompany the Xbox Game Pass App beta.

MICROSOFT SERVICES AGREEMENT. You acknowledge that you have previously agreed to the Microsoft Services Agreement. The Microsoft Services Agreement apply to your use of the Xbox Game Pass App beta.

FEEDBACK. If you give feedback about the Xbox Game Pass App beta to Microsoft, you give to Microsoft, without charge, the right to use, share and commercialize your feedback in any way and for any purpose. You also give to third parties, without charge, any patent rights needed for their products, technologies and services to use or interface with any specific parts of a Microsoft software or service that includes the feedback. You will not give feedback that is subject to a license that requires Microsoft to license its software or documentation to third parties because we include your feedback in them. These rights survive this agreement.

PRE-RELEASE SOFTWARE. The Xbox Game Pass App beta is a pre-release version. It may not operate properly or work the way a final version of the software will. We may change it for the final, commercial version. We also may not release a commercial version.

XBOX GAME PASS BETA اتفاقية

تكمّل المصطلحات التالية أي شروط ترخيص للبرنامج تصاحب الإصدار التجريبي من تطبيق ألعاب Xbox.

اتفاقية خدمة MICROSOFT. أنت تقر بأنك وافقت من قبل على اتفاقية خدمات Microsoft. تنطبق اتفاقية خدمات Microsoft على استخدامك لتطبيق تجريبي لتطبيق ألعاب Xbox.

ردود الفعل. إذا قمت بتقديم ملاحظات حول تطبيق Xbox Game Pass إلى Microsoft ، فإنك تمنح Microsoft ، دون مقابل ، حق استخدام ملاحظاتك ومشاركتها وتسويقها التجاري بأي طريقة ولأي غرض. كما أنك تمنح أطراف ثالثة ، دون مقابل ، أي حقوق براءة اختراع مطلوبة لمنتجاتها وتقنياتها وخدماتها لاستخدام أو التفاعل مع أي أجزاء محددة من برامج Microsoft أو خدماتها التي تتضمن الملاحظات. لن تعطي التعليقات التي تخضع لترخيص يتطلب من Microsoft ترخيص برامجها أو وثائقها إلى أطراف ثالثة لأننا نقوم بتضمين ملاحظاتك فيها. هذه الحقوق تنجو من هذه الاتفاقية.
